Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be crafted and processed before shipment. Tracking your order:
All orders include tracking information, which is usually sent via email within 48 hours of the order being shipped. You can also track your order with your tracking number here.
Shipping Times:
In most cases, orders will arrive within 10-15 days, sometimes within 15-25 days.

Tracking info can take 3-5 business days to update even after your order has already been shipped.
It is not uncommon for carriers to mark your order “delivered” before it is in your mailbox. Please allow an additional 2 business days to receive your package.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
International Shipping:
Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund packages lost in transit. We cannot refund or replace stolen or unreceived packages confirmed in transit or delivered.
International duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at checkout. The buyer is responsible for all customs declarations. Our prices do not include any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your package’s entry into your country. Please refer to your country’s government website for more information.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued when they are received back and will incur a shipping fee.
